Just in case anyone is interested in a good time sink, I would recommend trying out the Ragnarok Online private server SaiphRO.  It's a bit small right now due to some drama concerning several players who felt entitled to extensively cheat becoming indignant over facing discipline for said cheating, and trying to take as many of their close friends with them to other servers.  Despite the small population, the primary admins and GMs have always been fairly dedicated to the server and are even now still producing new custom content in the form of original dungeons with new monsters, cards to go with those monsters, transcendent forms of the various extended classes (Taekwons, Star Gladiators, Soul Linkers, Gunslingers and Ninjas) and original skills to go with each, as well as opening up currently nonexistent card art to be created by players.  My own entry for the Les Card was one such work.  With more players around, some of whom would hopefully be of the creative variety, more content could be produced in a more rapid manner.  The server has general 5x/5x/10x rates, with some exceptions for boss and MVP drops.  There are several custom mechanisms that provide greatly increased experience for parties, as well as hourly automated events.  More detailed information can be found at the server's page.
